Questions BEFORE Ordering

  • How Will I Get the Printable Games or Letters I Order?

    IT IS VERY EASY! We've added double access to make sure you get them fast!
    Once you have completed the checkout process, a webpage will appear with the links to your items.  You will get access to your purchase immediately.

    Check/FAX orders: Your links will be e-mailed to you once payment has arrived.

 

  • Will my personal information be kept private?
    Yes.
    We do not sell customers' contact information. We are a proud member of the Better Business Bureau and have no complaints filed.
     

  • Are credit card transactions secure?
    Yes. All sensitive information passing over the Internet is encrypted before it is transmitted. We use Thwart SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology to pass the information to the authorization gateway.
     

  • How long will I have to print the games?
    We guarantee access for 60 days so please be sure to print them within this time frame.

    The printable games are on standard web pages so you access them from our web server. We of course cannot guarantee that our site will never change. The website as it is, will probably not exist forever. We are continuously changing our web pages, adding, and sometimes removing games.

    Please note that we do not provide access links after 60 days. You are purchasing access to the items for a 60 day period.
     

  • How many pages of each game can I print?
    You can print as many as you'd like. If you purchase the printable Bingo cards, you can print as many different cards as you need. There is no limit to the number you print as the site will automatically scramble the boxes each time you create and print a card.

     

  • Can I pay with a check or FAX?
    Yes. We will e-mail you your order when we receive your check or FAXed credit card information. We are in Washington state so a check from the east coast can take about 3-5 days to arrive. To pay by this method, just proceed through the online checkout process and choose your Other Payment Method.
     

  • Are the answers provided with the games?
    Yes.

  • Once I get access to the games, is it easy to print them out?
    Yes. It's as simple as clicking on the provided link to go to the game web page, then going to File, Print.
     

  • I'm getting an error about Cookies when I try to order.
    If your browser is not setup to use cookies, just go to Tools, Internet Options, Privacy tab, and move the slider down a notch. This usually takes care of the problem.
     

  • I'm unable to add items to my cart.
    Closing and reopening your browser (Netscape or Internet Explorer) usually resolves this, or see the item above regarding Cookies.

Questions About Accessing Your Order

  • I need access to my items.

    • The final checkout web page provided links for you to immediately access your items.

    • Once you clicked on the link and went to your item, it asked you to Add the Page to Your Favorites or Bookmarks.

    • Your e-mail confirmation also has the access links in it. E-mails are sent out automatically and immediately after purchase.

    • If you did not get an e-mail, it is likely you entered an invalid address on the order form.

    • You might also check to see if it went into your Junk Mail folder or you may have entered a work or home e-mail address.

    • If you still need the access links, you can do one of two things:

      • E-mail us your full name and we'll e-mail you the links, usually within hours.

      • If you need them FAST, you can re-order to get immediate access and then e-mail us asking us to void the second order.


 

  • When I click on the links in my e-mail confirmation, nothing happens.
    Some e-mail programs do not support hyperlinks and you will need to type in each address into the URL box (http://www....) and go to the pages that way. Or you can just copy and paste them into your browser's URL text box.
     

  • When I click on the links in my e-mail I get a "Page cannot be found" error.
    Your access period may have ended. You might also want to try clicking REFRESH to see if that resolves the problem. Contact us for further help.
     

  • I paid online with a credit card but my e-mail confirmation is missing the access links.
    Some people who use Lotus Notes have mentioned that the program cuts the links off. Please e-mail us if your e-mail does not have your links at the very bottom. If you indicated you'd pay by check or FAX, we will e-mail you the links once payment is received.

Questions about printing games

  • The game does not fit on one printed page.
    Some printers may require you to adjust the margins. You may need to go to File, Page Setup and reduce the margin settings in order to keep the game on one printed page. Location of printer settings vary depending on browser and version.
     

  • Other printing issues.
    Since the games are on standard web pages designed to print onto letter size paper, few people have any trouble printing at all. If you have read all the tips on your game page and need further assistance, please e-mail us.
     

  • E-Mail Us - Please provide name of game, specific issue, and your name.

Questions about credit card statement

  • I have questions about my charges.
    Please contact us within 30 days if you have questions regarding your charges. Include the billing name, approximate date of purchase, and order number (from your email).
     

  • E-Mail Us - Please provide your full name and date of transaction.
